ISU students give back to the community through service.

The 10th annual Illinois State University Bring It Back To Normal event allows students and members of the community to forge new ties.

  • The event offers opportunities for students to give back to the community that is home to Illinois State University and strengthen relationships with local citizens.
  • Students volunteers have the chance to work with local residents and nonprofit agencies to help meet the needs of the community.
  • Students do a variety of tasks for the event, which takes place on April 14. They might plant trees, rake leaves, clean windows or even build a dog house.
  • Faculty and staff and encouraged to participate in the day of service.
