State Police have arrested a man from Fort Wayne, Indiana in connection with a bank robbery in Bloomington.
City police said a man took money from a PNC Bank on West Market Street about 11:23 a.m. Wednesday.
Bank workers say the robber initially fled on foot. Later video and witness accounts included a vehicle description.
Shortly after that State police spotted a suspect vehicle on I-74 near LeRoy and made a stop. 31-year old Zachary Finchum is in the McLean County Jail booked for Financial Institution Robbery.
