U.S. Names Under Scrutiny in Iraq Oil for Food Inquiry

American individuals and corporations are under scrutiny for allegedly receiving vouchers for oil from Saddam Hussein while Iraq was under sanctions. The vouchers were a way for Saddam's regime to take advantage of the United Nation's oil-for-food program in Iraq. Hear NPR's Melissa Block and Eric Lipton of The New York Times.
