Dunlap Fire Chief James Hanson faces two DUI charges after he was involved in a rollover accident last month.
Misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit were filed against Hanson Wednesday in Peoria County Court.
Hanson was hospitalized after the single-vehicle accident in Radnor Township on Sept. 20.
His first court appearance is Dec. 1.
