Illinois State Police seized more than five pounds of methamphetamine following a traffic stop Tuesday in Livingston County.

Illinois State Police seized more than five pounds of methamphetamine following a traffic stop Tuesday in Livingston County.
Police arrested two men along Interstate 55 near Odell: Devan Erving, 30, of Peoria, and Angel Rupe, 21, of North Fort Myers, Fla. ISP said the men face preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver.

Police said the vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation.

Police said the men were booked into the Livingston County Jail, pending formal charges. Erving’s bond is $250,000. Rupe’s bond is $150,000.
