Chillicothe is highlighting Mexican culture as one of 78 communities nationwide participating in the National Endowment of the Arts Big Read program.
Tim Shelley talks with the Chillicothe Public Library's Catherine Barnett about the reason for the focus and what they hope readers will take away from it.
Barnett said you don't have to read the book to come to the programming. The Chillicothe Library also has free volumes of the book in English and Spanish.
