Artists and audience members will engage in an afternoon of conversation, poetry, music and more in @Salon.
- @Salon welcomes artists and arts enthusiasts from area colleges and universities, the larger Bloomington-Normal community, and beyond for a theater of conversation and exchange.
- The event was created by Duriel E. Harris from the Illinois State University Department of English.
- @Salon features presentations by Chicago-based writer, interdisciplinary artist, and curator Krista Franklin, along with sound artist Jonah Mixon-Webster, author of Stereo(TYPE).
- The event is Saturday, March 24, from noon to 5 p.m. at the University Galleries in Uptown Normal.
- Admission is free and open to the public.
