Red Van Confusion
Bloomington Police arrested a man for allegedly causing a fatal hit-and-run collision on Morrissey Drive at Chrisman Lane. Markings on the van suggested he was the culprit, but tips to BPD led to the arrest of another man with a red van bearing similar markings.
