A 27-year-old man was shot in the butt Sunday night on Bloomington's east side, police said.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of Rainbow Avenue, Bloomington Police said in a statement. The 27-year-old was transported to OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
"This investigation is ongoing, no arrests have been made, and no other information will be released at this time," BPD said in a statement.
