McLean County reported no new confirmed cases on Thursday, with the number of active cases falling to their lowest levels in two weeks.

The number of cases held at 216 people. Of those, 166 have recovered and 11 people have died. There are 39 active cases (people isolating at home or hospitalized). That's the lowest active case count since May 14, when outbreaks among some Illinois State University students and at a Bloomington nursing home started driving up the numbers.

About 1 in 4 of McLean County's confirmed cases have come from the same location—that Bloomington nursing home. There have been 54 positive tests, and eight deaths.

Several McLean County businesses will partially reopen Friday as the state moves into Phase 3 of the governor's Restore Illinois plan.

Testing remains available every day at the Interstate Center in west Bloomington, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It's open to all, with no symptoms required.
