Normal Police Releases Images In Convenience Store Heist

The female suspect in the Circle K robbery on Tuesday night.

Normal Police released surveillance images and a description of two suspects who reportedly robbed a convenience store Tuesday night.

Police say a man and woman entered the Circle K, 1606 N. Main St., at about 10:25 p.m. Tuesday and implied they had a weapon, but none was shown.

The suspects left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and headed northbound, police said.

No one was injured and no arrests have been made.

The female suspect is described as white with brown hair pulled up in a ponytail, between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-5, weighing about 200 pounds and in her 20s. She was wearing black athletic-style pants, a black tank top under a white button-down shirt, and a white hat.  

The male suspect is described as black with short, black hair, about 5-feet-6, in his 20s, thin with a medium build, wearing black shorts below the knee, a long-sleeve black shirt, white hat and brown boots.
