There was another shots fired incident last night in the Twin Cities, this time in Normal.
Normal Police said shell casings were found in a parking lot in the 300 block of Taylor Street, a two block east-west street near Chiddix Junior High and just southeast of Uptown Normal.
Police said there are no reports of injuries at this time, but there was property damage, though he declined to elaborate due to the ongoing investigation. Multiple shell casings were found in a parking lot in the 300 block of Taylor Street.
NPD said calls of gunfire came in around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say no one was detained and there are currently no suspects.
NPD declined to say the gunfire is related to a report of shots-fired early Saturday morning at the Woodridge Apartments at 700 N. Adelaide St. Police there found a large party but no reported injuries.
