Bloomington Police are investigating the second shooting in less than 24 hours involving a teenage victim.

The latest shooting happened around 5:20 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of North Lee Street, just two blocks west of Downtown Bloomington. Lee Street was blocked off as police investigated but there have been no arrests, police said.

The teenage juvenile male victim suffered injuries that did not appear to be life threatening, police said. He was taken to the hospital.

It was the second shooting in Bloomington in the past day. A teenager suffered minor injuries after being shot late Thursday on Bloomington's east side, police said.
