Country Financial has announced Chief Executive Officer Kurt Bock is retiring, effective Jan. 31, 2019.

Bock has served as CEO since 2012 after leaving Horizon Hobby where he had been as its chief operating officer from 2008 to 2012.

Country credited Bock for guiding the company through increased “digital capabilities, customer centricity and employee development,” according to a news release.
