The McLean County Health Department reports 44 more confirmed or probable COVID-19 cases, as the county’s testing positivity rate fell nearly half a percentage point to 1.9%.
Two more COVID-19 patients were hospitalized over the weekend, bringing the total to 24 patients, the department said Monday. There are fewer intensive care beds open than at the end of last week—88% of ICU beds are in use, up from 73% on Friday. Overall bed capacity nearly doubled to 11%.
Another 183 McLean County residents are isolating at home, while an additional 23 are now considered recovered.
