The Bloomington-Normal Social Security office is moving across town next week.
The office at 207 N. Williamsburg Drive, Bloomington, closes on Friday. The new Social Security office at 328 Susan Drive, Suite 100, Normal, will open Monday.
The office will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
The Social Security office says most services are available online at socialsecurity.gov, where beneficiaries can set up an account to track current benefits, or determine future benefits through a retirement calculator. They also can call toll-free (800) 772-1213. People who are deaf or hard of hearing may call Social Security’s TTY number at (800) 325-0778.
