WGLT and The Vidette are partner media organizations located on the Illinois State University campus. The Vidette is the student voice of ISU, run by the students themselves. WGLT, part of the NPR Network, gives students an opportunity to learn alongside professional full-time journalists. Both are a training ground for future media professionals.

Which students can work at WGLT?
Any ISU student, from any major. Your ability to earn academic credit may vary depending on your major and path to graduation. Internship tracks include:
- Reporting
- Audio production
- On-air announcing
- Photography and videography
- Digital and social media
- Development (events and fundraising)
