UPDATE: The fugitive has been found.
ORIGINAL: The Minier Police Department is asking residents to lock their doors and windows due to a wanted fugitive in the area.
Joshua Todd, 27, was sentenced to state prison in 2018 on a McLean County domestic battery charge. He was listed on parole from Pinckeyville Correction Center.
He is 6'3 and 204 pounds. He has tattoos on both of his upper arms.
Minier officials say he is wanted on an active felony warrant and faces additional felony charges.
Citizens are asked to secure their homes and vehicles.
Minier is a small Tazewell County village about halfway between Bloomington and Peoria.
