Milik Yarbrough was a First-Team all-Missouri Valley Conference selection and Valley Newcomer of the Year.

Illinois State senior basketball player Milik Yarbrough has been suspended indefinitely from the team for violation of team rules.
The university issued a statement but provided no other details.

Yarbrough was a first-team All-Missouri Valley Conference selection and Valley Newcomer of the Year last season and considered entering the NBA Draft before deciding to return for his senior season.

In July, Yarbough was placed on court supervision for one year after pleading guilty to reckless conduct following a dispute with an ex-girlfriend.

Two months earlier, Yarbrough was sentenced to six months court supervision for driving on a suspended license.
