The most recent example was when epresetative Robert Torricelli, Democrat of New Jersey, announced at a news onference that the CIA was covering up its knowledge that an army colonel in uatemala, who also happened to be on the CIA payroll, was implicated in the urder of an American innkeeper and a Guatemalan guerilla leader.
