. Lady Borton

During the Vietnam War, a westerner named Lady Borton worked in he war-torn region with the Quaker Service Rehabilitation Center. Following he end of the conflict, she was granted access to villages in Northern Vietnam here other Westerners were not so readily permitted to enter. Host Jacki Lyden peaks with Lady Borton, who comes to us by phone from Hanoi, about the local eaction to President Clinton's decision to normalize relations between the nited States and Vietnam.
