Daniel speak with Adam Clymer, the New York Times Chief Congressional Correspondent, about the continuing impasse between the White House and the Republican-controlled Congress over the budget. If the two sides don't work out a compromise by midnight tomorrow, the federal government will run out of money and face a partial shutdown.
