Robert Siegel speaks with Mitchel McLaughlin, chairman of the Sinn Fein party, about the recent IRA bombings in London. He blames the British government for destroying the peace process. He says that the IRA scrupulously observed a ceasefire for 18 months, without word of negotiation by the British. And now, the IRA have decided that the British are not serious about negotiating.
