Noah Adams speaks with Michael Specter, a New York Times corrspondent in Moscow. He's been to strife-torn Chechnya and tells Noah the latest on fighting there. Rebels hold the city of Grozny but are being bombarded by Russian forces. Well dug in, the rebels, while they once insisted on independence, accodrding to Mr. Specter, they would settle for a removal of Russian troops.
