- Even as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced he would attend the Washington summit, his government declarted today that they would reopen the controversial archeological tunnel near Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem's Old City -- the same tunnel whose opening last week sparked the current round of violence.
