Jeremy Rosner, senior Associate at the Carnegie ndowment for International Peace and a former advisor to President Clinton, peaks with Jacki Lyden about what shape U.S. foreign policy is likely to take uring the President's second term in office. Aside from the obvious concerns - he Mideast peace process, Bosnia, Russia and China - Rosner says Clinton will ry to craft his presidential legacy in foreign policy by focusing on the xpansion of NATO.
