Daniel speaks with Housing Secretary Henry Cisneros, who announced his resignation earlier this week. Cisneros has said he's resigning for financial reasons -- he simply can't afford to stay in the government while he puts two of his children through college. He reviews his record in office and the work he's managed to accomplish despite a 20 percent cut in his budget.
