Cabinet Update

Robert talks with NPR's Mara Liasson about the cabinet decisions facing the Clinton White House and why they are taking longer than expected. The President had been planning to name a new national security team last month shortly after the election, but has yet to announce a choice for Secretary of State or Secretary of Defense. Another big decision to be made in the next few weeks is on the composition of the President's budget, which is likely to set the tone for White House-congressional relations next year.
