The second oldest city in Belgium, Geraardsbergen (HAY-rards-bergen), celebrates its rich soil and bounteous river today by drinking live little fishes swimming in red wine. Not everyone in Begium thinks it's a tradition that should be continued. NPR's Edward Lifson reports.
