Legal observers in the Oklahoma Bombing case are saying, true or not, a widely publicized report by the Dallas Morning News that Timothy McVeigh confided to his defense team that he bombed the Oklahoma City federal building will make it even harder to ensure that McVeigh receives a fair trial.
