Nba Lockout

NPR's Tom Goldman reports that after lumbering along for over six months, the labor dispute between National Basketball Association players and owners suddenly has a sense of urgency. Only two days are left before a Thursday deadline when NBA owners are expected to cancel the entire season if there's no new contract agreement. Tomorrow, the players' union will allow the entire union membership to vote on the owners' final proposal.
