The summit is set to begin tomorrow at Camp David with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. Vice President Al Gore takes on Congress today, while Texas governor George W. Bush speaks at the NAACP national convention in Baltimore.
