Voting Irregularities Hearings

NPR's Phillip Davis reports on the first series of hearings in Florida on irregularities surrounding the state's presidential election. The US civil rights commission is investigating complaints that Florida's patchwork of election laws and voting systems may have prevented many people from having their votes counted.
