Immigrants in Jail

NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on a Supreme Court case about legal immigrants in the U.S. who have served a felony sentence, and under law, should be deported. Thousands of these people have no country to return to, and so are becoming "lifers" in Immigration Service jails.
