The McLean County Electoral Board will hear the cases during a hearing at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Community Room of the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Bloomington.

Two candidates for Unit 5 school board are trying to get two fellow candidates kicked off the ballot.

Dennis Frank has challenged the nominating papers submitted by Alex Williams, alleging the county name was missing from the paperwork. Brad Wurth has challenged the papers submitted by Mark Stephen Adams II, alleging he used an incorrect form. All four are running for Unit 5 school board.

The McLean County Electoral Board will hear those cases during a hearing at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Community Room of the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Bloomington. The board will hear those cases and is expected to then deliberate and rule on them.

Nine candidates filed for four seats on the Unit 5 school board in the April 4 election.
