As a reminder, McLean County has two election jurisdictions: the Bloomington Election Commission (serving voters in the City of Bloomington) and the McLean County clerk (serving Normal and the rest of the county). Both the BEC and county clerk's office say they plan to tally early voting and vote-by-mail ballots first, so you'll those numbers reflected first on election night.
