Artist Troy Freeman is hard at work — at night mostly, to stay cool — on a new mural featuring Route 66 outside Red Raccoon Games in Downtown Bloomington.
It's one of four Route 66 murals Freeman has worked on in McLean County, part of a grant-funded project through the Bloomington-Normal Area Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Development.
