Here are 3 things to do for the weekend of Feb. 21 – 23, 2025, curated by WGLT's Lauren Warnecke. You can find more coverage on our Datebook - Arts & Music page or by subscribing to WGLT's Weekend Scoop email newsletter, which goes out every Friday.

Snuggle up with a play: A new Nomad Theatre production turns the coziness up to 11. Their latest set of short plays takes place at Davis Lodge on the shores of Lake Bloomington, all steered around a fireside theme. 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; tickets $15-$35 at nomadtheatre.org.

Eat for a cause: Bloomington Kiwanis’ annual pancakepolooza is this weekend, with all-you-can-eat flapjacks cooked on custom-made griddles you’ve got to see to believe. Plus, your full belly helps sends kids to Camp Limberlost. Win win. 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts; tickets $8-$10 (kids 11 and under eat free) at BloomingtonKiwanis.org.

Dance like nobody's watching: The Castle Theatre hosts a DJ dance party for Pink Pony Club popstars celebrating all things Chappell Roan… all night. Good luck, babe. 7:30 p.m. Saturday; tickets $18-22 at thecastletheater.com.
