Travelers at Central Illinois Regional Airport will soon be able to flight nonstop to Arizona.
Allegiant said Tuesday that it’s adding a twice-weekly nonstop flight from CIRA to Mesa, Arizona, starting Feb. 13. The airport is located near Phoenix. The flights will run on Mondays and Fridays, according to Allegiant’s website.
“We are delighted that Allegiant has decided to build on its strong and successful tenure at CIRA by providing new low-fare service from CIRA to Phoenix/Mesa, a top destination for Central Illinois travelers,” Central Illinois Regional Airport Authority Chair Alan Sender said in a statement.
Allegiant says the Arizona flights are now available for booking. Special introductory one-way fares are now available for $69, if you buy before Wednesday and travel by Aug. 18, 2026.
The Arizona service joins CIRA’s existing nonstop destinations: Orlando and Tampa in Florida [Allegiant]; Chicago O’Hare and Dallas-Fort Worth (American); and Atlanta [Delta].
