Bloomington Police don't plan to ticket a driver who was involved in a crash with a bicycle on Monday.

Bloomington Police said Tuesday they won't ticket the driver of a car which struck a young boy on a bicycle Monday evening.
Police said the boy on the bike failed to stop at the intersection of Allin Street and Oakland Avenue on the city’s west side shortly after 7 p.m. and collided with the driver.

Police don’t have any information about the boy’s condition. They've only described it as a serious accident. BPD reports have conflicting information about where the child was transported after the crash.
