UPDATED 1:40 p.m. | One family was displaced after a house fire Sunday night near Bloomington's Dimmitt's Grove neighborhood.

The fire was reported around 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of South Gridley Street, according to the Bloomington Fire Department.

The home was destroyed. No one was injured, fire officials said.

Someone inside saw sparks coming from the power lines going to the house, then saw flames going up the home's back side, fire officials said. No official cause has been determined.

Due to sub-freezing conditions and additional calls throughout the city, off-duty BFD personal were called in to supplement the on-duty crews.

The Red Cross is assisting three people displaced by the fire.
