Lorelai Thompson

Intern

Lorelai Thompson is a newscasting intern for WGLT. She joined the station in 2026.

Lorelai is a transfer student at Illinois State University, majoring in Mass Media. Outside of WGLT, she has worked as an on-air personality for North Central College’s radio station, WONC FM89.1. Currently, she is working for ISU’s student-ran news station, TV-10, and hopes to eventually gain enough experience at WGLT and TV-10 to become an on-air personality again.
