In what can be a model for other cities, clergy members, grass roots organizers -- and even a Juvenile Court judge -- are joining together to seek innovative methods for helping survivors of the rise in Chicago violence heal. He has been with Mitsubishi for 17 and in the automotive industry for 44 years. Berwanger says the final closing of the plant at the end of the month is a big loss for him, and talks to Charlie Schlenker about the process.
