The state budget impasse has forced Bloomington's Children's Home and Aid to cut half its services to young people. It's another in the Stretched Thin series of interviews with leaders of cash-strapped social service agencies. Plus, The Humane Society of Central Illinois has a new member of their team, who's using years of experience in nonprofits to help raise funds for and bring awareness to the shelter pets in need of homes.  Laura Kennedy has more during Animal House.
