The Normal Town Council will decide tonight on whether to partner with a Cedar Falls, Iowa-based developer on a Trail East and Trail West project. Plus, Rivian has already hired over 5,000 people in Normal, quickly becoming McLean County’s second-largest employer. But now comes the hard part: keeping them.
