McLean County's COVID-19 Cases Climb To 44

The Illinois National Guard is supporting a drive-up COVID-19 testing site in Bloomington.

Six more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in McLean County, officials said Saturday. That brings the county's total to 44.

Six patients remain hospitalized. Seven people have recovered, and 29 others are isolating at home. Two people have died.

More detailed demographic information about the patients is available on the county health department's website.

Meanwhlie, the Illinois Department of Public Health on Saturday reported 1,453 new cases of COVID-19 statewide, and 33 additional deaths.

The state now has 10,357 confirmed cases.
