Gunfire claimed the life of one man in Bloomington on Tuesday night. Two others are in critical condition at area hospitals.
Bloomington Police say Nathanial Caldwell, 26, was found in the 1200 block of Orchard Drive with a gunshot wound after they were called around 9:50 p.m. Tuesday for a report of shots fired. He is currently listed in critical condition at an area hospital.
BPD says the shooting is related to an incident on Wildwood Drive two blocks away, where a car crashed into two other parked cars and a house. Police say the sole occupent of the vehicle was Juan Nash, 25, of Normal, who was found with gunshot wounds and unresponsive. He was later pronounced dead.
Bloomington Police say they was later notified that 18-year-old Scotty Allen checked into an area hospital with gunshot wounds. He is currently listed in critical but stable condition.

The shooting happened in the same block where Taneshiea Brown, 20, and Stephen Alexander, 18, both of Bloomington, were shot and killed in June 2018. Two other people were wounded in that incident. The alleged shooter, Hammet Brown, faces murder charges in that case.
Nine people were shot and killed in Bloomington-Normal in 2018. Seven others were wounded by gunfire.
