A dress display on a fence in the Warehouse District will honor the memories of the 94 women murdered in Peoria County in the last 20 years.
Darcie Cady and Kristin Meierkord are two of the women collaborating on the "Remember Her, Peoria" display at Sous Chef.
Tim Shelley asks Cady and Meierkord about the message they hope the project conveys to the victims' families and the community. Meierkord says there is a specific origin to the concept.
