Police are investigating after someone reportedly fired a gunshot into a house near the Bradley University campus.
Three suspects reportedly knocked on the door of a house in the 1400 block of Main on Monday night just before 10 p.m. When the resident opened the door, a suspect pulled out a handgun and fired a shot into the hallway.
The suspects then fled east in a red sedan. No injuries were reported.
The suspects are described as black males between ages 14 and 18. They were wearing large black puffy jackets, black pants. One wore a white knit hat.
Police believe this was a targeted incident. The witnesses are reportedly not "fully cooperating" with police.
