Matt Richmond comes to Binghamton's WSKG, a WRVO partner station in the Innovation Trail consortium, from South Sudan, where he worked as a stringer for Bloomberg, and freelanced for Radio France International, Voice of America, and German Press Agency dpa. Christopher Z. Mooney is the director of the University of Illinois’s Institute of Government and Public Affairs and the W. Russell Arrington Professor of State Politics in the Department of Political Science at the University of Illinois, Springfield. He studies comparative U.S. state politics, with special focus on state legislatures.
